Who is Simply Promotions, Ltd?

Simply Promotions, Ltd. is Wisconsin-based Advertising Specialties Distributor. We have been servicing corporate clients, throughout the world, for close to 20 years. Our customers include Actuant Corp., Enerpac, Gardner Bender, Johnson Controls, GE Medical Systems and many more.
Do you offer a guarantee?

Yes, your satisfaction is absolutely guaranteed. If we make a mistake, we will resolve it to your satisfaction immediately and without questions.
What are our business hours?

We are open 8:00 am 5:30 pm CST.
When can I expect to receive my order?

Although all orders vary, given an average order you can expect your order in hands within 10 working days from art approval.
Do you offer RUSH services?

Yes, we do. Please note your "In-Hands" date in the "Need by" section of checkout form. If, for any reason, this is not possible we will contact you right away.
Do you have a minimum order?

Yes, so we can concentrate on our corporate clients, we have a 12 piece minimum order on blank goods and 24 piece minimum order on decorated apparel. Other promotional product items have minimums dictated by the manufacturer.
Can I get references from some of your clients?

I don t see the item I am looking for on your website. What now?

Simple. If you do not see product that fits your needs, please email our or submit this project form. We have access to over 20,000 suppliers and hundreds of thousands of different products. One of our many strengths is to "narrow down" the myriad of product options.
Therefore, we have chosen to list only products from our preferred vendors on our website.
May I cancel an order?

Orders that have not been decorated can be cancelled. Any artwork costs will be charged on orders that have been cancelled if they were cancelled after the artwork was completed.
All cancellations must be in writing.
What is your return policy?

We cannot accept returns on printed promotional products.
I want to place an order, but I have some questions. What now?

Customer service is our #1 Priority. Just give us a call at and one of our sales/service representatives will be happy to answer your questions and take your order over the phone.
How do I place an order?

When you find an item you would like to purchase, simply select the quantity you want, and proceed to the shopping cart. The site will direct you step by step through the ordering process. You will be asked to provide imprint information for your item, as well as color and type style choices where applicable. The shopping cart will ask for complete shipping and payment information. The easiest and fastest way to order is with a credit card, but customers may also establish credit with Simply Promotions by completing a short Credit Application
Can I order less than the minimum quantity shown?

As a rule, the minimum quantities are established by our factories' production restrictions and therefore cannot be changed. Certain items, however, can be ordered at less than the minimum quantity for an additional charge. These items are usually indicated and the additional charges noted.
Is ordering online safe?

Yes, our shopping cart server delivers critical infrastructure services that make the internet and telecommunication networks more intelligent, reliable and secure.

Am I eligible to receive co-op pricing or other discounts?

Yes. Simply Promotions purchases large quantities of merchandise from our manufacturers each year, resulting in a lower "per-item" cost. Our discounts are reflected in the rates we pass on to our customers on best-selling items. Clients are also subject to discounted rates based on the quantity of products they purchase in a single year.

What artwork files are acceptable?

Any imprinted item
We would like a file saved as vector format files (Illustrator CS, Freehand 10). We prefer an .EPS or .AI file with all colors identified by PMS numbers. Please convert any text to outlines so that fonts will not have to be included with the art file.
For full color printing jobs only (4-color process or digital printing) we accept TIF, EPS, or PSD files with a transparent background and layers intact. Resolution to be at least 300 dpi at the size you want them to print.

Any embroidered item

Bitmap (.bmp, .jpg, .tif) files may be used or the same type of files used for imprinted items. Business card or letterhead can be used. All colors identified by PMS numbers

What if I don't have artwork?

We can do an exact match of your corporate colors on silkscreened and imprinted products, and we'll deliver as close a match as possible on embroidered items.
